Not we are not able to deliver an exact or specify time, we need a flexible time, Example if you order today at 10:00 am your flowers will be delivery before 3 Pm, but we cannot say the exact time. And if you order for next or any date, we will delivery in a flexible frame time example; 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM. or between 1:00 PM and 4:00 PM. and so on.
